St. Presque Isle, ME Other InfoNext meeting of AARA: Thursday, April 5. 6:00 PM EDT (18:00) ( 22:00 UTC) Presque Isle Library. Second and State Streets, Presque Isle, Maine. Please try to attend:
1. Vote on updated AARA Constitution & Bylaws, having previously been presented, March meeting.
2. Program by David Deschesne KB1EBG.
Topic: Beacons: What are they? How do we use them? Why use them?
This could really be helpful for comms, especially because of fewer sunspots.
3. Dues were due in March. If you haven’t paid your $20 per family you can do it at the meeting….

03/01/18 – AARA March meeting

Who AARA March meeting When Thursday, March 1, 2018 6:00pm – All Ages Where Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library (map) 39 2nd. St. Presque Isle, ME Other InfoThe March meeting of AROOSTROOK AMATEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION will be held, as usual, on the first Thursday. March 1 at 6:00 PM EST (21:00 UTC) at the Presque Isle, Maine, Library, located at Second and State Streets , Presque Isle.

The March meeting will include election of officers for the coming year and a reading of the proposed/revised constitution and bylaws.. March meeting, traditionally has been the PIZZA MEETING which the club will pay for including the soda. 

A continuing request: We need on-going programs. If you have one to present, please email me with title and information. Thanks.

And DUES are due at March meeting. So please plan on bringing your dues (costs only $20 per family). Can’t attend? Send to treasurer either by postal or PayPal. Need PayPal address? Contact treasurer, and don’t use credit card because PP deducts $. Send to “friends and family”. PP says it’s OK to do this.

CLUB PROPERTY: We need to compile the property list. Please email me with what you may have or know about.
